Builders' photo of D&RGW EMD GP40-2 locomotive 3130, built in March of 1983 to replace a wrecked GP40. It looks more like a GP50 because it was built post-1980 when EMD was simultaneously building late GP40-2 and GP50 locomotives. Therefore it has the anti-climbers, sloped generator blister, Q fans, exhaust silencer, the straight side sill and the 'laundry-chute' blower housing found in phase-2 GP50's.
